Spring is all about mixing it up!

A Look into 2010 fashion

This spring it's all about mixing it up! This month, I would also like to add hairstyles to the mix.

The best place around the area that will give you an edgy, sophisticated or colorful do is Timothy Jeffery Salon in Long Beach, Ind. Their team is trained to always give clients the newest, healthiest dos around. They are an AVEDA concept salon, so if you don't like to use chemicals, that's the salon to go to! AVEDA has all natural ingredients for your hair, skin, and face.

The "bob" hairstyle never goes out, as well as a few layers with different highlights to add dimensions to your tresses. Also, for men a semi mo-hawk or clean-cut beach hair is always in as well! If your hair is in your eyes, it needs to go. Swept to the side bangs and textured pieces is what's in style!

Spring will bring showers so let's get into some cute rain boots/umbrellas to walk to class in this semester!

Colors for this spring are mostly neutral and an offset black and purple. Black nail polish is very in and don't be afraid to use different colors like blue, purple, orange... they are all fun!

Focusing on clothes, guys can get away with a semi dressy t-shirt from the Buckle or American Eagle has great picks too! Girls, spring means skirts, dresses and open toes, flats or heels whichever you prefer. While eveningwear this spring is long and flowing, daytime skirts and dresses will be cut above the knee for a playful look. Go for the lengthy, over-sized fit with some cute leggings and boots until it warms up a bit. Then you can always switch it to layers and capris with a cute jean jacket from A& F. Target and Kohl's usually have the best selection of what's in style for the season. Colorful flats are being stressed along with skinny scarves. They compliment any outfit and can turn your plain outfit into a more edgy one, which is great for going out.

Guys' shoes are the really comfortable, slip-on type Crocs or Quicksilver brand that are canvas khaki on the outside and fuzzy inside. Almost like a boat shoe, these go well with any outfit and the best part... their quick and easy!
