On Thursday, Feb. 17, the Student Government Association heard the petition of a student wanting to create a new club on campus. Lisa Rosenkranz attended the 7 a.m. meeting of the student government association. Standing before the group, Rosenkranz presented her case and the Boots and Bridles Club became an official organization at PNC.
